NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Said public hearings will be to review a Building Moving Application of a structure owned by Chad Wythers currently located at 407 South Street, Seward, Nebraska. The projected move date will be the week of November 24th. The final location of said structure will be 1752 A Street Road, Pleasant Dale, Nebraska. The route for the movement of the structure is as follows: From the point of beginning at 407 South Street, moving north to Main Street (Highway 34); thence east on Highway 34 to 252nd Road; thence South on 252nd Road to Holdrege Road; thence east on Holdrege Road to 224th Road; thence south on 224th Road to A Street Road; thence east on A Street Road to 210th Road; thence south on 210th Road to Van Dorn Road; thence east on Van Dorn Road to 182nd Road; thence north on 182nd Road to A Street Road; thence east on A Street Road to the specified site.
