NOTICE OF OPEN HOUSE The City of Seward will host an open house to allow the public to receive information and give their input on the upcoming East Seward Street Improvements project, which will begin at the Dog Park entrance and continue to the east City Limits on East Seward Street. The Open House will be held at the Seward Memorial Library in the upper level main conference room on July 16th, 2019, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. The project is planned to be built in 2020.
