NOTICE OF MERGER Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 21-2,229 of the Nebraska Model Business Corporation Act that effective on July1, 2019, (the “Effective Date”), Oak Creek Valley Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation with its principal office in Valparaiso, Saunders County, Nebraska, (the “Merging Corporation”), has been merged with and into Jones Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation (the “Surviving Corporation”). The registered office of the Surviving Corporation is 203 South 6th Street, Seward, Nebraska 68434. As of the Effective Date, by virtue of the Merger, each issued and outstanding share of common stock of the Merging Corporation was cancelled and the existence of the Merging Corporation ceased. The shares of common stock of the Surviving Corporation issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Date are unaffected by the merger. The corporate documents of the Merging Corporation prior to the merger are the corporate documents of the Surviving Corporation. The Surviving Corporation took title to all real estate and other property owned by the Merging Corporation and succeeds to all liabilities of the Merging Corporation. SCI — July 10, 17, 24, 2019
