NOTICE OF FILING OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF CRETE MACHINE, INC. Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Crete Machine, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, (the "Corporation") were filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State July 1, 2025. Article I of the Articles of Incorporation is amended to change the name of the Corporation from Crete Machine, Inc. to JTAB Holdings, Inc. The amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was adopted on June 24, 2025 by the directors and shareholders of the Corporation in the manner described by the Nebraska Model Business Corporation Act and the Articles of Incorporation.
