NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF SEWARD AGING SERVICES FOUNDATION Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Seward Aging Services Foundation, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, unanimously voted to voluntarily dissolve and liquidate the corporation effective September 30, 2018, and have prepared for filing with the Nebraska Secretary of State Articles of Dissolution. Mike Klintworth, Chairperson, P.O. Box 467, Seward, NE 68434 is responsible for finalizing and winding up the affairs of the corporation. As of August 31, 2018, the assets of corporation are $1,267,508 and liabilities of the corporation are $0. The net assets of the corporation will be transferred to Seward Foundation, Inc., a Nebraska Non-profit Corporation, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code, in order continue support of the same work and mission.
