NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF NOVAK CONSTRUCTION, INC. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Novak Construction, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation (the “Corporation”), filed Articles of Dissolution with the Nebraska Secretary of State on December 31, 2025. The terms of the dissolution provide that the President of the Corporation to pay liabilities of the Corporation and distribute any remaining assets to the Shareholder of the Corporation. Pursuant to R.R.S. Neb. § 21-2,190, any person having a claim against said Corporation who has not been previously notified of this dissolution shall be required to file a claim or commence a proceeding to enforce the claim against the dissolved Corporation within three (3) years after the publication date of this notice, or such claim shall forever be barred. Notice of any such claim shall be sent to Novak Construction, Inc., 312 175th, Pleasant Dale, Nebraska 68423, and shall include the name and address of the claimant, the amount of the claim, and a statement of the facts supporting the claim.
