NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that Wiemer Family Farms, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (the “Company”) was dissolved effective December 8, 2020. The name of the Registered Agent of the Company is Rick A. Damkroger, whose address is 121 S. 13th St., #800, Lincoln, NE 68508. Any person having a claim against the Company should present same in writing to the Registered Agent at the address reflected in this notice. Any such claim should include the date of the claim, amount and a description of the basis for the claim. A claim against the Company is barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication date of the third required notice.
