NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Awe Salon, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (the "Corporation"), filed Articles of Dissolution with the Nebraska Secretary of State on December 1, 2022. The terms of the dissolution provide for the President of the Corporation to pay liabilities of the Corporation and distribute any remaining assets to the Shareholder of the Corporation. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 21-2,190, any person having a claim against said Corporation who has not been previously notified of this dissolution shall be required to file a claim or commence a proceeding to enforce the claim against the dissolved Corporation within three (3) years after the publication date of this notice, or such claim shall be forever barred. Notice of any such claim shall be sent to Awe Salon, Inc., 139 N 6th Street, Seward, Nebraska 68434, and shall include the name and address of the claimant, the amount of the claim, and a statement of the facts supporting the claim.
