On April 21, 2016, the following real property was sold by Seward County, for delinquent taxes. On that date, Seward County bought the property at the sale. Didacus Land Holdings LLC purchased and took assignment of the Tax Certificate from Seward County on March 7, 2017. 2. The property is described as: a. Address: 340 4th Street, Utica, NE 68456 b. Legal Description: Lot 9, Block 5, of Wright's Third Addition to the Village of Utica, Seward County, Nebraska (the “Real Estate”). 3. The taxpayer name and in whose name the tax assessment is made is: Jonathan C. Miglin. 4. The amount of the taxes represented by Tax Certificate No. 2016067, assessed for the years 2014 and 2015 is: $679.23. 5. The amount of subsequent taxes paid by the Purchaser for the years 2016 and 2017 is: $616.95. 6. Interest has accrued on the taxes assessed. The amount of interest to May 2, 2019, is: $308.59. Please be advised, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1831 (2009), that the issuance of a tax deed is subject to the right of redemption under Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1824 to 77-1830.
