Legal Description: Lot 13 and 14 in Block 8 and West Half of adjacent alley in Original Town Staplehurst, Seward County, Nebraska. 3. The taxpayer name and in whose name the tax assessment is made is: Jamie C. Bearup and Krysty D. Bearup, husband and wife. 4. The amount of the Tax Certificate No. 2015048, assessed for the year 2013 is: $1,639.64. 5. The amount of subsequent taxes paid by the Purchaser for the year 2014 is: $1,390.46. 6. Interest has accrued on the taxes assessed. The amount of interest to March 26, 2018, is: $1,235.23. Please be advised, pursuant to Neb. Rev.
