On March 5, 2015, the following real property was sold by Seward County, for delinquent taxes. On that date, JEAN S. ASH bought the property at the sale. 2. The property is described as: a. Address: 923 280TH ST LOT 30, SEWARD, NE 68434 b. Legal Description: Lot 27, in Block 3 Glen Haven Subdivision Replat in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 10, Range 3, Seward County, Nebraska. Subject to restrictions, reservations, easement, covenants, oil, gas or mineral rights of record, if any. 3. The taxpayer name and in whose name the tax assessment is made is: Alan D. Kortmeyer 4. The amount of the Tax Certificate No. 2015007, assessed for the year 2013 is: $638.60. 5. The amount of subsequent taxes paid by the Purchaser for the years 2014, 2015, and 2016 is: $3,302.34. 6. Interest has accrued on the taxes assessed. The amount of interest to May 2, 2018, is: $1,091.46. Please be advised, pursuant to Neb. Rev.
