NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A STATE BANK CHARTER WITH A STATE TRUST DEPARTMENT Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-178 of the Nebraska Banking Act, notice is hereby given that The Cattle National Bank & Trust Company, Seward, Nebraska, has filed an application with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance to convert its national bank charter to a state bank charter to engage in the business of banking under the name Cattle Bank & Trust, and to convert its trust department within the bank to a state trust department. The main office of the proposed state bank will be located at 104 South 5th Street, Seward, Nebraska, which is the current main office location of the national bank. The proposed state bank will continue to operate branches at 405 North 5th Street, Seward, Nebraska; 1550 South Coddington Avenue, Suite R, Lincoln, Nebraska; 5800 Hidcote Drive, Suite 106, Lincoln, Nebraska; and 6500 Merchant Drive, Lincoln, NE.
