NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CLASS CK LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that Straight Path LLC, dba Red Path Gallery & Cocktail Lounge, at 514 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, has filed an application with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission for a Class CK Liquor License in accordance with Section 53-134(7), Revised Statutes of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act. The City of Seward will hold a public hearing concerning the issuance of said license at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in the Council Chambers, 142 N 7th Street. All persons desiring to give evidence either verbally or by affidavit in support of or in protest against the issuance of said license may do so at the time of the hearing.
