Dunlap as co-trustees, all of Milford, NE, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire 10 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of Country Bank Shares, Inc., Milford, NE (CBSI), and to join the Dunlap Family Group (DFG), a group acting in concert, which controls 25 percent or more CBSI. Gregory A. Dunlap is a member of the DFG and was previously permitted by the Federal Reserve System to acquire voting shares of CBSI. CBSI controls Farmers & Merchants Bank, Milford, NE. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
