NOTICE DECLARING CEMETERY LOTS ABANDONED To: D. Driscol, and his heirs and near relatives You are hereby notified that the City of Seward has hereby declared Lot 155, SW ¼ Addition to Greenwood Cemetery designated by the recorded plats of the Seward Cemeteries now on file in the County Clerk’s office of Seward County, Nebraska, to be abandoned. If within one year from the date of the publishing of this Notice the record owner or his heirs or near relatives shall give the City of Seward notice in writing that in fact there has been no such abandonment and shall pay the cost of the publication of this Notice of Abandonment, then the presumption and declaration of abandonment shall no longer exist.
