Representatives from the Nebraska Department of Transportation answer questions from Seward residents at an open house March 19 at the Lied Senior Center in Seward. The event was a time for residents to learn more about the Highway 15 reconstruction project, set to begin April 1. An estimated 200 people attended over the two-hour time frame.
