N O T I C E Notice is hereby given of the voluntary dissolution as provided by law of Connect Seward, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, by act of the corporation and pursuant to a plan unanimously passed by the board of directors on January 28, 2025. Dissolution shall be effective as of Feb. 7, 2025. After payment of liabilities related to the dissolution, the corporation shall have approximately $1,500. Becky Baker, Treasurer of the Board of Directors, shall oversee the distribution of assets of the corporation to other tax-exempt charities, leaving no liabilities or assets in the corporation.
