Charles (Chuck) Matzke of Seward was recognized for his 56 years of consecutive membership in the Seward Rotary Club. Matzke has served as the Seward Rotary Club president, volunteered as chair for many of the club’s committees and is still an active volunteer in the Seward Rotary Club.
