The Seward Rotary Club will host its annual costume contest Thursday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m. at the bandshell (weather permitting). IF the weather is bad, the contest will move to the Civic Center auditorium. The free contest will follow the area’s COVID-19 guidelines and those set by Lincoln’s Boo at the Zoo.
