Jones Bank has filed an Interagency Merger Application requesting permission to merge with Valparaiso Insurance Agency, Valparaiso, Nebraska, which is owned by Jones National Corporation. After the transaction, the Jones Bank insurance department will be operated at the Jones Bank Valparaiso, Nebraska branch location. The effective date of the proposed transfer is after the close of business on December 31, 2022. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 1100 Walnut St, Suite 2100, Kansas City, MO 64106 not later than October 31, 2022.
