JULY 7, 2026 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS Board of Commissioner Meetings are held each Tuesday morning in the Seward County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. Notice of each meeting is posted on the Courthouse bulletin board and on the Commissioner’s room door. The agenda for all meetings is kept continually current and is available for public inspection at the County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. The agenda is held open until one business day prior to the meeting for appearance before the Board. The Board has the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting. Held Protest hearings. Hladky gave an update of her department. Convened as the Board of Commissioners. Approved minutes of June 30, 2026. Officials gave updates of their departments. Carmen Hinman and Cait Park of Hope Crisis Center gave an annual report and requested funding for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Commissioners gave reports of their activities. Maria Scamehorn, E911 Director, was present to discuss E911 budgets. Approved consent agenda consisting of June 2026 Fee Reports for County Clerk and District Court; and authorized Chair to sign a Stop Loss agreement.
