INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS The Seward County Detention Center is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a personal alarm locating/duress system in which staff can utilize to summon help in a security or life threatening situation. Request for Proposal (RFP) document containing specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained by emailing mhatfield@co.seward.ne.us. The bids must be received at the Seward County Clerk’s Office at 529 Seward Street P.O. Box 190 Seward, NE 68434 by 9:00 a.m. on May 31st, 2016.
