Goodrich filed its Complaint in the District Court of Seward County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 18-60, against each of you and others, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose county treasurer certificate of tax sale No. 2015032, which was originally purchased by and assigned to the Plaintiff, or its successor or assignor, on or about March 4, 2015, covering taxes and subsequent years, and to foreclose subsequent tax liens on the real estate above specifically described; Plaintiff prays for an accounting of the aggregate amount due against said parcel of real estate, for foreclosure of the lien, and the sale of the said property and satisfaction in the amount so found due.
