FEBRUARY 27, 2025 UTICA BOARD OF TRUSTEES OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS. The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in special session at 5:45pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, Ramsey, Parr and Bloebaum. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, to purchase dump truck, attendance at Water Conference, 25% match for NEMA funds and to adjourn at 5:57pm. MARCH 3, 2025 UTICA BOARD OF TRUSTEES OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS.
