Carol Hofer of Seward will celebrate her 80th birthday Nov. 11.
She is married to Lynn Hofer, and their children are Mark (Thana) Hofer, Peggy (Ken) Bauer and Eric (Teresa) Hofer. They have eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
