NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 7:00 p. m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Said public hearing will be to review the possible acquisition of Real Property owned by Phyllis Aegerter for development of Seward/Lincoln Regional Rail Campus Project. Real property is legally described as: Commencing at a point 300.0 feet North and 39.8 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Three (3), East of the 6th P.M., City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska; thence West 153.9 feet; thence North 33°17’ West a distance of 127. 6 feet; thence West 466.0 feet; thence North 937.2 feet to the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section 29; thence East along the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section 29 to a point 39.2 feet West of the East line of said Section 29; thence South 1043.0 feet to Point of Beginning, EXCEPTING therefrom property conveyed to The State of Nebraska by Warranty Deed filed in Book 70, Page 87 on July 13, 1964.
