VILLAGE OF UTICA PROCEEDINGS September 7, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack and Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, Minutes August 2, 2021,Resolution 2021-8 Authorization to sign Annual Certification, Resolution 2021-9 redemption of NDEE promissory note, for shortened amortization of note, introduce and adopt Ordinance #776 to refinance outstanding debt, to suspend required reading on 3 different days, Resolution 2021-10 to set Property Tax Request, introduce and adopt Ordinance 777 to adopt Budget Statement, to suspend required reading on 3 different days, to increase restricted funds authority, approve membership with SCCDP, approve funding agreement with SCCDP, to send letter to Viking Painting to postpone painting until 2022, allow Chair to make final payments according to budget, Resolution 2021-11 Authorizing sale of real property, approve renewal of liquor class C licenses, to have residents use Trash Panda for recycling, approve wage increase for full time employees, Resolution 2021-12 conduction Board of Public roads public hearing, to allow fire dept use of auditorium for annual banquet, letter about cars & trailers, to have Leak Investigators fix pool, rekey auditorium locks, reports from, Fire Dept., Sheriff, Zoning, Park, Maintenance, Clerk, Treasurer, and Keno.
