The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, and Baack. Absent was Trustee Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: consent agenda, Ordinance 781 with Zito, forego 3 reading, appoint Don Olson to Board of Trustees, to charge new construction homes for water usage only, to post meeting with agendas, to increase Trustee payments, to leave Lauterbach agreement as is, approve Olsson agreements, Resolution 2022-7 year-end certification of street superintendent, cease citation at 901 Centennial, to change insurance policy liability and deductible, to allow burning of old care center, attorney letter to 650 Centennial, reports from, Fire Chief, Sheriff, Zoning, Chairperson, Park, Maintenance, Senior Center, and Clerk.
