VILLAGE OF UTICA PROCEEDINGS March 1, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack and Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, Minutes February 1, 2021, to add additional recycling bin, to proceed with Micro TIF, to have UBO proceed with getting bids for concession stand, to accept SOCS agreement for website, to appoint D. Sandman to Board of Health, to approve renewal of liquor licenses of Bronco Spur & Pac N Save, to purchase rock and gravel, to have no parking on west end of 1st street & south side of 5th, to do abuse background checks on Senior Center Manager, pool manager & assistant manager, to add new firefighters to insurance, reports from Sheriff, Park, Maintenance, Clerk, Treasurer, and Keno.
