The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack and Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, Minutes January 4, 2021, to enter an agreement with Filament, to update Board of Health, pool staff roles, hiring of pool staff, set pool wages, set swimming lesson prices, set pool admission rates, set pool hours, appoint additional persons to Park board, to send Maintenance supervisor to Nebraska rural water conference, to have Schmader Electric check ballfield lights, amount to pay Masonry Restoration, hire W.S. Bunch Co to finish pool project and to do clean up, reports from, Sheriff, Zoning, Chairman, Park, Maintenance, Clerk, Treasurer, and Keno. Motion to accept claims and adjourn at 10:05 pm.
