VILLAGE OF UTICA PROCEEDINGS April 5, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, Baack and Micek. Absent: Trustee Ohlsen. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, Minutes March 1, 2021, to proceed with the Utica Comprehensive Plan, to change order of agenda, to proceed with Leadership Certified Community Recertification & appoint Jonathan Jank as the Application Coordinator, to purchase Jet/Vac truck, to hire K. Hartshorn as ballfield manager, to offer to pay interim State record keeping personnel at Senior Center $14 per hour to fulfill these obligations, to pay Senior Center meals prepared by TNT as needed, to approve Sargent Drilling bids for water repair, and to purchase a 40-gallon sprayer, reports from, Fire Dept., Sheriff, Zoning, Chairman, Park, Maintenance, Clerk, Treasurer, and Keno.
