VILLAGE OF UTICA BUDGET HEARING PROCEEDINGS September 7, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met for the annual Budget hearing at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack and Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Motion to approve agenda, motion to open tax request hearing at 7:00pm. Discussion was held with Lisa Riley, Mireau Accounting. Floor was open for public comments. Motion to close tax request hearing. Motion to open Budget Hearing at 7:10pm. Copies of budget available followed by a presentation by Lisa Riley, Mierau Accounting. The floor was open for public comments and a reasonable amount of time was given. Motion to close budget hearing at 7:29pm. Motion to adjourn at 7:30 pm.
