VILLAGE OF GOEHNER November 3, 2020 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 pm at the Goehner Community Center. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: Consent agenda (Minutes of 10/6/2020 Meeting; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date); Building permit present by Matthew Meyer was approved with modifications and fee of $109 collected. Clerk to contact attorney in regard to next steps to deal with nuisance property. Traffic report to be emailed to board. Solid Waste/Recycling to reduce amount of reimbursement to villages. There continues to be water issues in town, the estimate to remove and treat estimated at $1,900 to repair, and $16,000 to address the entire village. George instructed to get main lines cleaned. Janice Nitz to take an Asset Management class to see if we can find a way to upgrade the water pipes in this town and receive five CE hours toward her water license. Clerk reported no news from attorney regarding cattle lot, clerk to contact again to see what progress has been made. Adjourn at 8:07 pm.
