VILLAGE OF GOEHNER March 2, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 pm at the Goehner Community Center. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 2/2/2021; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date; Trustee Bess moved to approve the consent agenda, with second by Bialas. No discussion. RCV: Aye-Trustee Ostrander, Bialas, Bessie, Agena and Knisley. Motion carried. Update from the attorney in regard to the cattle lot east of town. Draft agreement was sent on 12/28 to the Eberspacher’s attorney. Another follow-up in January and again in February with no resolution. Attorney to follow-up again and see what is being held up. Clerk to call back in a week. Next Solid Waste Recycling Meeting on 3/18/21. Argobast needs to have water fixed. JRs Bobcat Service to dig it out this week.
