Village of Goehner January 14, 2025 The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open session on January 14, 2025, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:30 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Agena, Bialas, Anthony, Ostrander and Knisley. CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 12/3/2024; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with a second by Agena. RCV-Aye: Ostrander, Agena, Bialas, Anthony and Knisley. Check with Tim Dworak of status of inspection of abandoned house on May street. Will check with lawyer regarding new ordinance for Sexual Predator Residency Restrictions within the Village. Will send letter to residence regarding unlicensed vehicles and running a business in an area zoned residential. Report on State Mandate to Chlorinate water. Request made by Village Treasurer to apply for Village Credit card approved. MC. Adjourned at 7:45 pm.
