VILLAGE OF GOEHNER February 2, 2021 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 pm at the Goehner Community Center. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 1/5/2021, Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. County Zoning called about Eberspachers requesting an address for the operation. Board says there is no reason not to allow this. Clerk to call attorney to see if there are pending litigation updates. Jason Newquist submitted building permit to add on to garage. 30-40 hours of patrol in the village last month. A few surrounding areas had some recent break ins, encouraged to keep an eye out. Clerk to bill the cost of window repair to property owner. Last meeting was held on 1/7/21. Committee decide it is not going to reimburse more than 25% of bills submitted from the towns and villages. Ostrander serves as the new secretary for committee. Had wells checked. Camera got caught, had to dig up and replace a section of sewer pipe. Clerk reported that we are currently in our annual audit process, Agena read and signed her Oath of Office.
