Village of Beaver Crossing October 14, 2020 The following is condensed form of the meeting minutes. A complete copy is on file and available at Village Hall, 800 Dimery St, Beaver Crossing, NE. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall. Board members present: G. Zieg, J. Leif, L. Breitkreutz, B. Pankoke, and M. Banks. Absent: none. Motions were properly made, seconded and carried for the following: Treasurer’s report, Claims, minutes September 9, September 14, September 16, September 17, resolution #20-17, approval of Village Clerk, interlocal agreement with NRD, Building permits #’s 15-20, 16-20. Maintenance report discussion of cameras, replacement of pipe on North well. Community Betterment report, snack/restroom project will be completed by spring. Changes will be made with LARM Pool. Discussion of safe purchase. Cleaning person is needed for City Hall. Went into executive session, left executive session. Motion to contact Village’s Attorney. Adjourn 9:20 pm P.
