VILLAGE OF BEAVER CROSSING January 13, 2021 The following is condensed form of the minutes for the January 13, 2021, meeting. A complete copy is on file at Village Hall, 800 Dimery St, Beaver Crossing, NE. The Board of Trustees met in open public session at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall. Board members present: G. Zieg, J. Leif, L. Breitkreutz, M. Banks, J. Black. Motions were properly made, seconded and carried for the following: Treasurer report, Claims, Minutes December 9, 2020, 2010 Well repair project, 2021 Auditor, 2021 Interlocal Agreement split, enter Executive Session, return to regular meeting, pay increase for Village maintenance man. Maintenance Report; 2010 Well, leak inside well house, due to corrosion, Sargent Drilling gave bids for repair. Discussion on Maple Street project. Camera system will be reordered. Maintenance time off request, approved. Community Betterment committee reported that paper product fixtures will be ordered and installed in snack/restroom project in city park. NRD funding should be received soon. Allowed food truck to come into Village twice monthly. Reviewed SENDD information on nuisance project plan. Meeting adjourned 9:48p.m. P.
