Memorial Health Care Systems will host a pediatric flu shot clinic Wednesday, Sept. 8, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Seward Family Medical Center. No appointment is necessary, but bring your insurance card. A parent or guardian must be present and may also get his/her flu shot. All vaccine events are while supplies last.
On Wednesdays, Sept. 8 and 15, MHCS will host drive-through flu shot clinics at the Seward Family Medical Center’s west parking lot. Form a line heading east on Bradford Street. Hours Sept. 8 are 7 to 9 a.m. and Sept. 15 are 3 to 5 p.m. This event is for those age 18 and older. If you are 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring your insurance card.
The clinic will be at the Milford Family Medical Center Wednesday, Sept. 22, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the clinic parking lot. Form a line heading north on C Street.
The clinic will be at the Utica Family Medical Center Wednesday, Sept. 29, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the clinic parking lot. Form a line heading west on Fourth Street.
