Thomas J. Prochaska, age 60 of Blair, passed away Nov. 9, 2021. Tom was born April 6, 1961, the son of Ernest and Helen Prochaska.
Mass of Christian burial was Nov. 13 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. Internment was at the Seward Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Helen; son, Mark Prochaska; daughter, Mary Prochaska; and granddaughter, Delanie. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest.
