Said sealed bids to be addressed to “Seward County Clerk, 529 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434” and plainly marked “UTILITY BOX.” Specifications and quantities are available at the office of the Seward County Highway Superintendent, 320 S. 14th St., Seward, Nebraska, 68434. A bid bond or cashier check of 5% of the total bid shall be furnished with the sealed bid.
