Ryan J Smith was born Oct. 21, 1976, and passed away Feb. 17, 2021, at the age of 44.
He was a 1995 graduate of Malcolm High School and was employed for nine years at Dual Dynamics.
Ryan’s passion was his daughter Ariel. He and his daughter loved each other unconditionally. He loved hunting and fishing.
Surivors include his daughter, Ariel M. Smith; mother, Teena M.Hicken; Ron Smith and Family; sister, Tami Youngquist; special friends, Sean and Delilah Schrodt and sons; aunt, Kathy Frahm; Chris and Dan; Virginia; Marrisa and Kya Mentgen; uncle, John and Vicki; Danika and Dana and families; uncle Bob and Sheila; cousin, Alex; uncle, Duane Smith and Carol; uncle, Mike Smith and Thelma; Joe, Jon, Jason, Jeni and Jessica; Iowa cousins, Darin, Ted, Niki and Brian Smith; Heather and Emily Smith.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Phyliss Hicken and Ted and Edna Smith; uncle and aunt, Jerry and Kris Smith; uncle, Kevin Frahm; and Tracy Smith.
As Ryan loved the outdoors, a celebration of life be held in late spring or early summer.
