Stat. § 16-201 and Seward Municipal Code § 340-1.2, public notice is hereby given that the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance 2022-5, has authorized the conveyance of the real property by the City of Seward to IHC Properties, LLC, legally described as: Lot 2 and the adjacent vacated Walker Road, Block A, Replat of Blocks 2 and 3, Seward Rail Campus PUD Original Addition Final Plat, and a portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M., City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska. Registered voters of the City of Seward shall have thirty (30) days from April 26, 2022, to protest the conveyance of the Property in accordance with the procedures set forth in Neb. Rev.
