Proceedings from the Village of Bee Board of Trustees Special meeting September 16, 2020 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the budget hearing of the Village of Bee Board of Trustee. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The budget hearing of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:58 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Roberts and Holloway answered roll call. Village Clerk Lavicky was also present. Budget hearing was published in Seward County Independent. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote: to set the set the property tax request, approve the budget and adjourn the budget hearing. The special meeting was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 7:06pm. The following motions were made, seconded and carried by unanimous vote: to change to Moravec Financial for the audit waiver and to adjourn.
