Proceedings from the Village of Bee Board of Trustees Regular meeting September 2, 2020 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held via conference call. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:59 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Roberts and Holloway answered roll call. Village Clerk Lavicky, and a few residents were present. Attorney Damman was on the conference call. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote: approve August minutes, to approve the treasurer’s report, to approve and administration subdivision, to hold the budget hearing on 9/16, to keep the levy the same, to put up a fence around the lagoon, to pay the following claims: Black Hills $67.27 Village use utilities; Card Service $673.78 supplies; CVA $390.41 fuel; Constellation $1.88 Village use utilities; Damman $90 legal; Farmers Union $260.60 tires; GPM $412.00 service; Hawkins $213.78 supplies; John Deere $211.89 repairs; JR’s Bobcat $3,671 install curb stops; NE Public Health $372 testing; Norris PPD $962.32 Village Use utilities; One Call Concepts $6.91 locates; Recycling Enterprises $600 recycling pickup; Sargent Drilling $600 pump test; Seward Co Independent $64.74 publishing; Seward Co Sheriff $104.50 monthly contract; Sewer Reserve account $115.50 transfer; State of NE $341.09 sales tax, waste reduction fee and withholding; USPS $55 stamps; Walmart $73.89 supplies; Waste Connections $959.85 Village purchased utilities; Windstream $204.40 Village use utilities; Billie Fouts $60 deposit refund; payroll & reimbursements $3,129.72. and to adjourn.
