PROCEEDINGS FROM THE VILLAGE OF BEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Regular meeting January 13, 2021 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:59 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Roberts and Holloway answered roll call. Village Attorney Damman called in via conference call. Village Clerk Lavicky, and a few residents were also present. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote, unless notated: approve December minutes, approve signing the contract with the state for the Grant money, to approve resolution 2021-01 for the year-end certification of street superintendent, to send Lavicky to the clerk institute, to approve a liquor license for 7/17, to pay the following claims: Black Hills $254.24, Constellation $315.82, Norris PPD $296.71, Windstream $184.09 Village Use Utilities; Card Service $ 85.34 Supplies; CVA $228.01 fuel; Damman $202.50 legal; IIMC $215 membership; Morave & Assoc $1500 audit waiver; NE Public Health $487 testing; One Call Concepts $1.54 locates; Recycling Enter. $200 recycling; Seward Co Clerk $100 election; Seward Co Sherriff $104.50 contract; Seward Co Indep $21.78 pubishings; Sewer reserve $115.50 transfer; State of NE $290.41 sales tax & withholding; USPS $55 stamps; US Treasury $1337.12 withholding; Waste Connections $959.85 trash pickup; Payroll & reimbursements $2052.87; and to adjourn.
