PROCEEDINGS from the VILLAGE OF BEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Regular meeting February 10, 2021 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:59 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Roberts and Holloway answered roll call. Village Attorney Damman called in via conference call. Village Clerk Lavicky, and a few residents were also present. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote, unless notated: approve January minutes, to approve a new member to bee VFD, to approve a building permit, to approve membership to SCCDP, to pay the following claims and to adjourn.
