PROCEEDINGS from the VILLAGE OF BEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Regular Meeting April 14, 2021 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:59 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Roberts and Holloway answered roll call. Village Attorney Damman called in via conference call. Village Clerk Lavicky, and a few residents were also present. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote, unless notated: approve March minutes, to purchase dirt and gravel for an alley and streets, to change recycling pickup to twice a month, keep natural gas companies, to pay the following claims: Black Hills, $361.01, Village Use Utilities; Card Service, $908.27, Supplies and hotel rooms; Core & Main, $547.12, Curb stop & meters; Farmers Cooperative, $62.28, Fuel; Damman, $117.00, Legal; Nebraska Public Health, $15.00, Testing; Norris Public Power, $1,151.01, Village Use Utilities; One Call Concepts, $3.84, Locates; Recycling Enterprises, $200.00, Recycling pickup; Seward County Independent, $18.72, Publishings; Seward County Sheriff, $104.50, Monthly contract; Sewer Reserve Account, $115.50, Monthly transfer; State of Nebraska, $294.91, Sales tax and payroll withholding; USPS, $55.00, Stamps; United States Treasury, $1,184.47, Payroll withholding; Waste Connections, $963.85, Village purchased utilities; Windstream, $179.78, Village us utilities; Payroll & reimbursements, $1,973.58 $7,051.29, Total and to adjourn.
