NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Seward County Clerk, Seward County Courthouse, 529 Seward Street, PO Box 190, Seward, Nebraska 68434, until May 11th, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., for supplying and hauling of gravel. The sealed bids are to be plainly marked “Attention: Seward County Clerk, Supplying and Hauling of Gravel Bid”. The sealed bids are to be sent or submitted to the Clerk of Seward County, County Courthouse, 529 Seward Street, PO Box 190, Seward, Nebraska 68434. Copies of the Bid Documents and Specifications are on file and open to public inspection at the following locations: Seward County Hwy. Supt. Office 320 S. 14th Street Seward, NE 68434 Proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Seward County, Nebraska, in the amount $500. Unsuccessful bidders' bond or check will be returned upon awarding of a contract. The Seward County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities in bidding, and to accept or reject any exceptions to the specification.
