NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the County Clerk, Courthouse, Seward, Nebraska, for one (1) Heavy Equipment Trailer. Sealed bids will be received by the Seward County Clerk until 9:30 A.M., Tuesday, June 15, 2021. Said sealed bids to be addressed to “Seward County Clerk, 529 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434,” and plainly marked “HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRAILER”. Specifications and quantities are available at the office of the Seward County Highway Superintendent, 320 S. 14th St., Seward, Nebraska, 68434. A bid bond or cashier check of 5% of the total bid shall be furnished with the sealed bid. The Seward County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any technicalities. Seward County is a tax-exempt government entity and is not charged any sales tax.
